We are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist. This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will . . .
- Assist team members to resolve issues regarding benefits, compensation and other general questions
- Serve as a point of contact for team member relation issues and performance management; including mediating and resolving conflicts to promoting a positive work environment
- Manage team member records and HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork
- Develop, coordinate and deliver HR Training as needed
- Act as the liaison between the brand and unions providing all necessary reporting as needed.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Other duties as assigned

- Outstanding project management skills including ownership over planning, tracking and communicating project status/results.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, MS Outlook.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources
- Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- A valid driver’s license with good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
- Experience working with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) - UKG

Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000 annually
