OVERVIEW :
The Irrigation Service Tech is responsible for the troubleshooting, build / repair, and shipment of irrigation components and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of mechanical, electrical, and programming tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Ownership of order fulfillment from receipt to shipment.
- Provides service in the most time and cost-efficient manner.
- Maintain clear records of communications and project information.
- Directly process internal paperwork necessary to bill for services rendered and parts provided.
- Coordinate communications with GSP Production and Services Team
- Any projects assigned by the Service Manager
