What are the responsibilities and job description for the Individual Giving Manager / Donor Relations Manager position at Amtec Contract?
Job Description
To raise funds through the successful identification, cultivation, and solicitation of annual gifts from individual donors.
- Manage, oversee, and grow areas of the Individual Giving Team's Annual Giving Campaign including but not limited to: employee giving (internal and external), special events (auction, raffle, swag items, and prizes) tribute and memorial gifts, affinity/community groups, special campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraising Individual Build Day program, and third-party/cause marketing events.
- Assist in implementation of the team's Annual Giving plan including prospecting and stewardship of a donor portfolio of 50-75; assisting in building up our mid-level donor base.
- Assist with all affiliate signature events; engaging and cultivating individual donors and prospects, while providing general event support. Additionally, collaborate with team members in the planning and implementation of special donor events, as needed, including friend-raisers, third-party events, and donor recognition/appreciation events.
- Maintain accurate donor records, tracking of all donor communications and activity; ensure our database is reflective of activity and accurate.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of related experience required.
Salary : $26 - $31
