Estimator- Pay between 110-150k depending on experience.

I'm an Executive Recruiter retained to find an Estimator or Sr. Estimator for a leading commercial construction company in the retail and medical sectors. As an Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in guiding project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Your work will span the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring every detail aligns with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership :  Develop high-performing project teams, providing guidance, training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Project Scheduling :  Support Superintendents in creating and maintaining accurate project schedules.
• Change Order Management :  Prepare Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders, negotiating terms and pricing with all stakeholders.
• Subcontractor Relations :  Collaborate with Estimating to scope projects, award subcontractors, and negotiate contract terms.
• Budget Oversight :  Manage budgets, oversee monthly billing, prepare job cost reports, and forecast project costs.
• Client & Partner Relationships :  Strengthen relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to promote collaboration and client satisfaction.
• Project Support :  Complete special projects and other duties as needed to support the organization.
