What You’ll Do:

As an Assembly Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production of high-quality microelectronics components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.

• Inspecting die and packages to ensure they meet Military and JEDEC standards using high and low-power microscopes.

• Following detailed specifications, reaction paths, and written/verbal instructions to ensure precision and quality.

• Using specialized hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components.

• Training fellow team members on basic equipment operation and assembly processes.

• Maintaining clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas.

• Utilizing computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or GED (required).

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with your team.

• A high attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude that fosters a supportive work environment.

• Previous experience in electronic or semiconductor assembly is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
