Operations Administrative Assistant Job Description:

The Operations Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. This role involves planning and executing administrative tasks, maintaining calendars, planning meetings, and taking meeting minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documents
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
