Job Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant - Customer Operations will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Customer Operations. This role is responsible for organizing and facilitating Customer Ops meetings, managing travel logistics, and supporting the office and community engagement initiatives in Tyler and the surrounding area. Additionally, this role will help track and coordinate projects, product rollouts, and key operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in supporting sales and operations functions, preferably within the telecom industry. While telecom experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Project and / or product management experience is required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Executive Support : Provide direct administrative support to the VP of Customer Operations , including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Meeting & Agenda Management : Organize and facilitate Customer Ops meetings , ensuring agendas are prepared, action items are tracked, and follow-ups are completed.
- Travel Coordination : Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for the Customer Ops team, including transportation, accommodations, and event logistics.
- Community Engagement & Events : Plan, support, and execute Tyler and surrounding area community events , strengthening local partnerships and brand presence.
- Project & Product Management Support : Assist in tracking and coordinating operational projects and product rollouts , ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and key objectives are met.
- Operational Oversight : Maintain organization-wide tracking of ongoing projects, initiatives, and meeting agendas , ensuring alignment across teams.
- Office & Administrative Management : Oversee office operations, supplies, and document organization to maintain a professional and efficient workspace.
- Professional Communication : Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and fostering collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned to support the VP of Customer Operations and overall business success.
