Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex schedules, ensuring that they are compliant with Earned Value Management and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that schedules are integrated and aligned with program objectives.
- Monitor and report on schedule performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, or a related field, with 7 years of planning/scheduling experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience in building compliant IMS using WBS, RAM, and SOW, as well as experience with scheduling software (i.e., Open Plan and Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
