Job Title: Jr Tableau Developer

Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Duration: 18-24 months contract

Job Summary:

• 3 years of SQL experience capable of writing complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting to support KPI and donor sentiment tracking.
• 2 years of experience using Tableau or similar BI tools building, managing, and updating dashboards and data visualizations for executive and operational reporting.
• 1 years of experience with CRM tools and data hygiene practices updating donor interaction data, inserting feedback, and ensuring data accuracy and structure.
• 3 years of experience analyzing KPIs and retention metrics including tracking sentiment, hot topics, brand commitment, and experience metrics.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and performance reporting designing reports, interpreting donor metrics, and generating insights to support decision-making.
• 2 years of experience with query and reporting tools like Business Objects and SQL pulling large datasets and supporting routine and ad hoc reporting needs.
• 1 years of experience with statistical or data science tools (e.g., R, Python) preferred but not required; useful for advanced modeling and continuous improvement initiatives.
