Senior Business Systems Analyst (Technical Solutions Analyst) - Revolutionize Insurance Technology!

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Business Systems Analyst (officially titled Technical Solutions Analyst) to contribute to critical projects for our client, Church Insurance Companies (CIC), and our innovative eBPP (electronic Bill Presentment & Payment) platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a real impact.
About the Role :
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements for key projects related to CIC and eBPP. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, translate those needs into actionable requirements, and ensure that solutions meet those requirements. This includes facilitating knowledge transfer from existing team members.
Responsibilities :
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including changes and prioritization.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Apply innovative and creative thinking to resolve conflicts and achieve optimal solutions.
- Demonstrate strong project management and analysis skills.
