Configuring, maintaining, and supporting modules within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, primarily focusing on managing patient appointments, scheduling, and related workflows within an outpatient clinic setting they collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to optimize system usage and ensure efficient patient care delivery.
> Certified in Willow Inpatient REQUIRED with EPIC build experience in the last year
> High School Diploma/GED
> System configuration: Customizing the Willow module to align with specific clinic workflows, including appointment types, scheduling rules, patient registration processes, and reminder >settings.?
> Workflow analysis and design: Identifying areas for improvement in clinic operations and designing corresponding changes within the Willow system to streamline processes?
> End-user training: Providing training to clinicians and staff on how to effectively use the Willow features for patient scheduling and appointment management?
> Issue troubleshooting and resolution: Identifying and resolving system errors or issues related to patient scheduling and appointment management?
> System upgrades and updates: Implementing new versions of the Willow module and ensuring seamless transition for users?
> Collaboration with stakeholders: Working closely with clinicians, administrators, and other IT teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure system functionality meets clinical needs?
