Job Description:-
Need experience resolving ERP/EAM (Infor/Hexagon) Tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve support tickets related to ERP (Infor) and EAM (Hexagon) platforms
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Research technical issues and track resolutions to support documentation and knowledge sharing
• Support configuration, customization, and system integration efforts in collaboration with IT and business teams
• Update and maintain end-user documentation, IT procedures, and internal knowledge bases
• Assist with data integrity checks, testing activities, and troubleshooting during system upgrades or patches
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations to understand user needs and provide hands-on support
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of IT support or system administration experience, preferably within ERP or EAM environments
• Familiarity with Infor and/or Hexagon systems is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate issues and follow through to resolution
• Experience with support tools, ticketing systems, and documentation practices
• Proficiency in SQL or similar data/query tools is helpful
• Prior experience in the public sector or transportation domain is a plus
