OVERVIEW:
- We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
DUTIES:
- Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction workers
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor quality control, progress, and budgeting
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project specifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with quality control standards
- Experience with pipeline projects is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
