Foreman

OVERVIEW:

• We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

DUTIES:

• Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Oversee and manage construction workers
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor quality control, progress, and budgeting
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Utilize construction management software such as Primavera
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with quality control standards
• Experience with pipeline projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
