Job Description
Junior Superintendent on healthcare, large industrial, and hospital ground up construction projects. Candidate will have successfully completed ground up construction projects for 2 years.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all field personnel on ground up Healthcare/industrial construction projects.
- Oversight of all trades and subcontractors including: site development, MEP, structural concrete, finishes.
Experience
- Previously completed healthcare or industrial ground up construction projects.
- 2 years as a lead superintendent.
- Knowledge of local subcontractors in the North Carolina area is highly preferred.

Pay: up to $120,000/yr
