They will be responsible for managing the construction team, scheduling work, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. *Duties* - Supervise construction projects from beginning to end - Coordinate and schedule daily activities for the construction crew - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met - Collaborate with project managers to address any issues or delays - Provide guidance and mentorship to construction team members *Qualifications* - Strong background in construction management - Proficiency in project scheduling and Primavera software - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Experience with construction estimating and budgeting - Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for document management - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Prior experience supervising construction projects
