Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead civil site development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and site development, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate with a diverse range of teams, contractors, and stakeholders. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil site development projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any concerns.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and financial forecasts to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and invoices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • years of experience managing civil site development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to site development.
  • PMP, CCM, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
