The Project Manager | Estimator is responsible for the administrative and technical management of a construction project including the ability to prepare successful estimates . The Project Manager functions as the point person for the project and steers the project forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
- Experience in construction estimating or management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam or HeavyBid is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
