We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous maintenance experience & can offer extraordinary service to our residents. Qualifications include unit turns, HVAC electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, and when needed assist in maintaining curb appeal. Candidate must be willing to be on call. HVAC Certification (Type 2 or Universal) a must. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and must pass criminal, credit and drug screening. Even newly classified legal drugs are not allowed as we are a DRUG FREE Workplace.
