Assistant Property Manager- BW

Job Description

Brandywine Apartment community needs dependable, detailed oriented individual with at least one year of property management experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• * Answer phones
• Interviews new prospective tenants.
• * Processes applications, conducts credit checks and calls references..
• * Addresses and promptly resolves questions, requests, and complaints from tenants.
• * Inspects property on a regular basis to assess condition of buildings and grounds, and to ensure that empty units are ready for new tenants.
• * Reports any problems or issues to property manager.
• * Manages records and files of current tenants.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• * Demonstrates the strong organizational skills necessary to oversee a number of different properties.
• * Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• * Demonstrates familiarity with ONESITE software used to balance budget and track payments.
• * Must be detail oriented with ability to manage time efficiently.
• * Exhibits solid communication skills, with an ability to calmly resolve disputes or complaints.
• * Works well with a team.
• * Interacts and engages in a friendly manner with potential and current tenants.
• * Demonstrates ability to think creatively,

Must have dependable transportation. Must pass background and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
