Mallard Cove Apartments seeks an Maintenance Supervisor in Midlothian, VA. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing team member who has previous experience and can offer extraordinary service. Qualifications include prompt and consistent attendance, unit turns, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, HVAC Certification (Type 2 or Universal), maintaining curb appeal and be willing to be on call. Applicant MUST have own tools, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and must pass criminal, credit and drug screening. EOE
Repair items in areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Turning apartments including painting and repairs if necessary. Perform custodial work in common areas when needed. Assist in grounds work when necessary. Participate in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. Management Staff are Essential . Able to lift 50 lbs. alone, 100 lbs. with assistance Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
