Job Title : Production Graphic Artist II
Department / Division : Global Content Marketing & Creating / Marketing
Salary Range : $55,590 - $71,941 per year plus an annual bonus
Location : Ada, MI
Note : This position is a hybrid remote / office role, and you must be able to report in person to Ada on Tuesdays through Thursdays as part of our collaboration days*
What do we need :
This role calls for a highly collaborative professional with a strong understanding of graphic artist standards, experience with print production and demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team focused environment.
Required Qualifications :
- 0-1 years of experience in graphic design with a BA / BS Degree in graphic design, packaging design, or related field.
- At least 4 years of related experience in lieu of a BA / BS degree.
- Portfolio content demonstrates a clear understanding of the fundaments of design, typography, and packaging design
- Understanding of Print Production, Art Direction, Branding, Graphic Design, Illustration, and Typesetting
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with sustainability awareness, packaging materials, technical regulations & legal requirements, time management skills and attention to detail

This team works collaboratively with Artwork Project Managers, Concept Artists, Packaging Engineers, and print suppliers in creating world-class artwork files that adhere to Amway’s business-line brand standards, maintain press-ready file excellence and work closely as a team to ensure these files are delivered accurately and on time.
