Job Responsibilities
- Manage monthly expiration list and tracking workbooks for auditor assignments
- Order self-audits and physical/virtual audits assigned to vendors and in-house auditors
- Receive, log, and setup audits and audit disputes for auditor review
- Index audit correspondence in online indexing system
- Update the underwriting operating system to show current audit status and add audit notes when necessary
- Monitor the premium audit department email inbox
- Communicate with the audit team, underwriting teams, vendors, and customers
- Complete reports and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

- Ability to handle sensitive materials with discretion and professionalism
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- This is an in-office position located in Mobile, AL
