Amwins is seeking unique and collaborative individuals to join our lively Client Services Endorsements Team. These individuals will be given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced binding process.
- The Endorsement Team is a critical part of the Client Services Team, responsible for making updates to existing policies. This involves accurately analyzing requests, processing necessary changes, and maintaining clear communication with our partners to fulfill client demands. As a CST Specialist, you’ll help ensure that all policy updates are done seamlessly and with precision.
As a valued team member with our firm, you will help to develop new and imaginative processes and procedures while performing in this role. This position requires on the job training that will provide a collaborative and exciting team focused environment. Endorsement Specialist duties:
- Process endorsement requests by reviewing and making updates to existing policies.
- Communicate effectively with partners to manage the policy update process.
- Analyze and make effective recommendations with partial information.
- Review and provide feedback on templated communications.
- Prioritize tasks and respond to requests with a sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and team success.
Endorsement Specialist requirements:
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience or relevant education in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Proficient in navigating a computer, creating emails and documents etc.
- Proven accuracy in data entry
- Demonstrates customer service excellence
- Organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Professional written communication skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
