Pursuant to California State regulation, the salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
The primary focuses of this position will be to grow the specific program book of business profitably through retention and new business goals established by the Program Manager and the development of relationships with key program production sources.

Our Healthcare Management Liability Underwriter is responsible for assessing and analyzing risks associated with healthcare management liability insurance policies.
- Analyze and assess risks associated with healthcare management liability insurance policies for small accounts
- Evaluate the potential for directors and officers liability claims, cyber insurance claims, and other risks associated with healthcare management
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients
- Collaborate with other underwriters and departments to ensure policies are properly underwritten and priced
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management liability (D&O, EPL, and/or Cyber)
- Healthcare management liability experience preferred
- A finance background and/or understanding of financial statements a plus
