Real Estate Office Assistant – needed for local real estate agent in Bozeman.

I am looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented office assistant to join my fast-paced real estate team. This is a busy office, and the role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, client communication, organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.

Work is based out of the Keller Williams Montana Realty office @ 515 W. Aspen Street Suite 200E in Bozeman. Monday- Friday hours (let's discuss what works best for both of us).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing appointments and schedules
  • Assisting with client communications and follow-ups
  • Organizing and maintaining office documents and files
  • Supporting the team with marketing and advertising efforts
  • Preparing and processing paperwork related to property listings and transactions
  • Updating website and social media accounts
  • Creating flyers and mailings on Canva

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (experience with real estate software is a plus)
  • Proficient with Mac Computers
  • Working knowledge with Trello, Google Drive, Excel, Word Documents, Canva, Dropbox
  • Social Media business experience
  • Website skills
  • SEO and tagging skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Foster a fun and professional workplace
  • Manage my workload and improve efficiency.
  • Must be organized
  • Preparing documents for listings and closings
  • Handling paperwork- Prepare flyers, and promo information
  • Data Management- Follow Up Boss, RealScout,
  • Set up appointments
  • Assist with home staging and staging warehouse inventory
  • Help put of listing signs
  • Shovel and cleaning of listings when necessary

Please note: This position starts as a part time job, but the goal is a commitment to long-term growth. Due to the fast-paced and tight schedule, we are not able to accommodate students or remote workers. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with the business and contribute to the team’s success over time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.29 - $19.26 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
