- Job Description
1. Sourcing and buying goods and ingredients for food manufacturing.
2. Coordinating with all suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Managing lead time to maintain sufficient inventory and to support daily operation needs.
4. Collaborating with RD & QA to co-develop innovation supply chain.
5. Assisting supply chain manager to monitoring supplier performance.
6. Negotiating with suppliers for favorable commercial terms to company.
7. Collaborating with other function teams to achieve company's goals.
- Job Requirement
1. 8 year sourcing experience in food manufacturing.
2. Good knowledge at food ingredients, especially for meat and seasonings.
3. Good negotiation skills and a team player.
4. Skillful in MS office software. Experienced with ERP, or SAP, is a PLUS.
5. Self motivated, highly disciplined.
6. Bilingual capability with Spanish is a BIG PLUS.
