Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our sales team at Anago Cleaning Systems. This individual will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating the sales process, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients.
- Scheduling appointments, conducting initial presentations, and demonstrating our service capabilities.
- Closing sales deals by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our unique value proposition, and addressing objections.
- Maintaining accurate customer information within CRM systems.
- Fostering a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
- A proven track record of success in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
- Exceptional skills in prospecting, territory development, and data entry/organization within CRM systems.
- An outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate presentations and one-on-one meetings, as well as maintain a high level of organization within a defined sales process.
