As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business development within a vibrant, sales-oriented environment. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, allowing you to showcase your skills and achievements. Collaborating closely with account managers and your dedicated sales team, you'll have the opportunity to build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with clients, fostering a sense of partnership that leads to shared success. In this position you will:
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
- Utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information
- Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRM
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by management

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 7 years in sales, with at least 3 years of combined B2B inside and outside sales experience showcasing your ability to close deals successfully
Proven Success: In the last 2 years, you have a demonstrated track record in B2B sales, achieving and exceeding goals
Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of CRM systems is essential to streamline your sales processes
Sales Training: A prior sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie) is preferred, giving you an edge in your sales approach
Dynamic Personality: We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic individual with a can-do attitude who thrives on challenges
Organized Approach: You should be organized in following a defined sales process and be skilled at guiding clients from prospect to close
Quick Closing Experience: Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales is highly valued
Effective Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, adept at facilitating presentations and engaging in one-on-one meetings
Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work efficiently with operations and marketing teams is essential
Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role
Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office to support your day-to-day activities
