Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. **This is not a remote position. The position will be onsite in Sevierville, TN.**

This position has the potential to earn commissions!

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guests' emails 

• Resolve customer complaints 

• Provide service, event, and operational information to inquiring guests 

• Research required information using available resources 

• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software 

• Route calls to appropriate parties 

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures 

• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls 

• Follow up with guests when necessary 

• Complete call logs and reports 

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Proficient in relevant computer applications 

• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment 

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles 

• Excellent data entry and typing skills 

• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills 

• Ability to handle difficult situations appropriately 

• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays 

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours and utilize a computer and phone
