Description

Every plate you clean contributes to a remarkable dining experience! Anakeesta is seeking Dishwashers to be responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils. You will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
• Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Remove trash
• Sweep and scrub floors
• Stock supplies
• Assist in unloading delivery trucks
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work area
• Attends all necessary F&B training classes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
