Revel Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our Design & Development team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at Anakeesta, WildSide, and other Revel Group properties. This role will play a key role in bringing immersive and dynamic spaces to life. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing construction projects from CD-phase to delivery.
- Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with general and specialized contractors.
- Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation, including reports and meeting notes.
- Assist in reviewing design plans and ensuring alignment with project goals and Anakeesta’s brand vision.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and conduct QA for stakeholders.
- Communicate updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with permits and industry standards.
- Support procurement efforts, including sourcing materials, and obtaining bids.
- Participate in design and planning meetings, providing logistical and organizational support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Previous work experience may suffice in lieu of degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management, construction, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Passion for themed entertainment, hospitality, or destination development is a plus.
