Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and understand current order management processes.
- Analyze data from various applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP S / 4 HANA, and Data Warehouse systems, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Document order management workflows, including key processes, stakeholders, and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and gather additional feedback.
- Develop and present recommendations for process enhancements based on analysis and stakeholder input.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
- Support the implementation of approved process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
