Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Bedford, MA. Responsibilities:
- Business Systems Analyst will manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of ERP functionality, including implementing new technologies and system updates
- Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other software to support decision-making across departments
- Lead the implementation of an automated order entry platform to improve efficiency in order processing
- As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to determine key business metrics, conduct data analysis, and present findings to management
- Streamline and automate month-end closing processes and other day-to-day accounting functions
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and apply automation or system solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, visualization, and business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting platforms
- Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
