Description:

Analog Devices Federal LLC. is seeking a passionate, process driven operations analyst. This is an entry level position.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Compile, manage, and maintain comprehensive process documentation for semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Ensure documentation accurately reflects actual manufacturing processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to gather relevant process information and update documents accordingly.
• Monitor and verify closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are properly documented and implemented.
• Assist with the preparation of compliance and audit documentation required by defense contracts and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain document control systems, ensuring all records are organized, accessible, and securely archived according to industry and security standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required
• Highly detail oriented and solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly those related to RF components, preferred
• Willingness to apply for government security clearance
