Job Overview:
We are seeking a PROMIS Administrator to join our dynamic team, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Quality Control departments. In this role, you will document and design complex manufacturing processes, configure and test manufacturing execution systems (MES), and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production workflows for our high-volume semiconductor operations. You will be responsible for managing system configuration, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting the implementation of MES solutions.
As a key contributor to the manufacturing execution system at our Beaverton site, you will also provide technical support to other locations as needed, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and performance of the MES system in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
- Configure and maintain the PROMIS system, including data extraction, updates, reporting (both standard and custom), and management of the COMPOSER UI and @PROMIS UI.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including archiving, to ensure continuous system performance.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with system upgrades, ensuring compatibility with new hardware and software revisions.
- Lead system testing for new software and hardware changes to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.
- Deliver high-level training and support to end users, ensuring they are equipped to fully leverage the MES system.
- Address and resolve user requests, providing timely and efficient solutions.
- Support global initiatives and best practices, contributing to projects that align with common requirements across different locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT infrastructure teams to resolve any application-related challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, PROMIS systems, or a related industry, with hands-on experience using PROMIS MES systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with FPS Dispatching software is a plus.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and handle complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and leadership across all levels.
- A self-starter who is highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage various priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to respond to MES-related issues outside business hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $74,400 to $102,300.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
