The person will work closely with other device and process integration, EDA engineers to develop technologies and design tools; support design, quality and product engineers to implement products with these technologies.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $154,400 to $212,300.

The person will work closely with other device and process integration, EDA engineers to develop technologies and design tools; support design, quality and product engineers to implement products with these technologies.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Understand technology roadmap needs and propose innovative device and process solutions
- Investigate feasibility of proposed solutions with simulations and paper studies
- Define process flow and splits to run experiments in the fab
- Analyze data and define high-performance, high-quality and cost-effective process technology
- Work with EDA engineers to develop design tools
- Support technology qualification and implementation of new products in these
- Support production ramp up of new technologies and products
- Mentor junior engineers in the group
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline
- 10 years of technical work experience in relevant field
- Demonstrated record of defining and developing high-performance mixed-signal and BCD process technologies
- Synopsys TCAD and Cadence layout tools
