We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer who is highly skilled and experienced with Nitinol materials transformation to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts.
Responsibilities :
- Work as part of Confluent's multifunctional Nitinol Materials Team to develop and refine Confluent's tubing, wire, and other related material forming capabilities.
- Collaborate with operators, technicians, and other engineers to deliver materials specifications products that meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Hands-on position with development for manufacturing as the primary focus.
- Create manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, visual standards, and technical memorandums.
- Coordinate with the Production team to provide training and manufacturing support.
- Utilize six sigma and lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement of validated manufacturing processes.
