Analog Heart (Formerly Hotopp Creative Studio) is a multidisciplinary studio leading the design, production, and creation of an eclectic array of projects across the entertainment, attraction, and experience design industries. Role:

We are currently looking to fill a part-time role for a Graphic Production Artist (for Print).

In this role you will be supporting project teams through all design phases. You will be involved in the ideation, creation, and coordination of graphic art files for projects both large and small.

You will work with design teams from inception to completion, to ensure project goals are achieved within specific budgets and time frames.

Our ideal candidate understands design and fabrication across multiple markets and levels of complexity focusing around both temporary and permanent installations.

Skills:

  • Proficient skills using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Understanding of different print materials for large scale installations
  • Proficient skills using Excel or smartsheet
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience understanding and coordinating drawings coming from other vendors / partners such as scenic fabrication companies, print shops, Architects
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling programs and drafting is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with hand sketching is a plus
  • DigiFab experience a plus but not required

Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, a love of creating vector art and deep understanding of print standards and quality. Our ideal candidate has experience creating graphic art for the built environment (not just for website design or product design). Experience in theatrical design, architecture, or designing for branded environments also valuable.
