SUMMARY :
The Sr. Application Engineer is responsible for sales and technical interface between Customers and Power Products Business Management. Identifies customer requirements, jointly defines solutions, and communicates these solutions to customer’s technical development and management teams, assists customer in all technical discussions, while meeting yearly sales objectives. This position will be required to work cross-functionally with Order Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Management teams to ensure timely delivery of products and long-term customer satisfaction.
DUTIES :
- Aggressively pursues business development opportunities within the semiconductor equipment market a to achieve yearly sales goals, increase market share and maximize profits.
- Serves as primary technical interface and ensure customer’s questions, needs and requests are promptly addressed.
- Develops marketing collaterals for the semiconductor equipment market.
- Develops new customer base, grows relationship, and promotes new and existing products. Responsible for the entire sales process from RFQ, proposal to contract closing.
- Identifies, develops, and proposes growth strategies (products and / or services) in other markets and regions for potential uses of Analogic technology.
- Contributes, participates, and organizes customer meetings at trade shows, and corporate. Represents Analogic at relevant tradeshows.
- Gathers customer requirements, performs competitive analysis, and provides feedback to Engineering and BU management.
