Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics and Data Science team in creating models and tools for reporting, strategy, and storytelling from a data perspective
• Engage in key analytics projects to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Mentor team members in translating complex analytics into actionable data stories
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align analytics with strategic objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare data, advanced analytics, and machine learning
• Deliver comprehensive analyses of the GPO market landscape and go-to-market strategies
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and execution
• Advise senior leadership with data-driven recommendations for optimizing Pharma GPO strategies

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 10 years of experience in healthcare data science and analytics with claims, formulary, market access, reimbursement, supply chain
• 3 years in a management role leading a team
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning models
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Microsoft Fabric
• In-depth expertise in the pharmaceutical supply chain and healthcare datasets
• Understanding of the GPO dual-sided healthcare network business model
