Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a full-time Personnel Security Specialist to perform a variety of activities in support of MARFORPAC. In this position, you will complete personnel security actions, track visit requests, confirm clearance status and answer questions and support resolution of personnel security issues as needed.
Day to Day responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Review Visit Requests for proper technical POCs
- Confirm visit dates and visit requirements
- Inform technical POC of any issues with the visit request or special requirements for access
- Use Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to verify clearance level of attendees
- Create and print name badges for visitors as needed
- Assist with sign-in of attendees to the facility or conference spaces if off-site
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Current TS/SCI clearance
- A minimum of 4 years' experience supporting personnel security actions and 2 years' experience with processing Visit Requests in Defense Information Security System
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong quality control, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of product
- Ability to write concise and easily digestible communications with little required editing or correction.
