Role Description
The full-time Associate Attorney roles is an on-site position located in Gainesville, Georgia.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and specializing in Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Experience in Civil Litigation, Family Law, and / or Real Estate
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Georgia State Bar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
