• Juggle group reservations like a pro, keeping all the balls in the air from inquiries to modifications

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or related field, with previous supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Experience with group booking processes and contract negotiations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Industry certifications, such as Certified Hospitality Supervisor, are a plus
