We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and efficient time management.
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages, and drafting responses as needed.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile information on various topics.
Manage and reconcile expense reports.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
