Key Responsibilities
- Guide and process incoming customer calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Investigate and solve customer problems and find best possible solutions in a timely manner
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about equipment, parts, etc.
- Serve as liaison between customer and internal departments
- Provide exceptional customer service
