As our Marketing Strategist, you’ll own the big picture. You’ll develop data-driven marketing strategies that connect our content (like YouTube videos) to sales, brand growth, and customer loyalty. You’ll work cross-functionally with content creators, web teams, and leadership to ensure we’re not just producing content—but producing results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple channels, (video, email, social, web) with a focus on funnel alignment and business goals
- Identify and define audience personas, their journeys, and high-impact messaging opportunities
- Collaborate and plan YouTube content that supports campaigns and product strategy
- Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage a marketing calendar tied to product launches, sales cycles, and seasonal trends
- Analyze campaign performance and channel data to refine approach and improve ROI
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Optimize SEO, email, and social strategies to amplify content reach
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, content marketing, or digital campaigns
- Strong grasp of customer psychology, funnel dynamics, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with YouTube, SEO, email marketing, and social media
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Klaviyo, YouTube Studio, etc.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus but not required.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
