About the Role:
The Director, Content Marketing at Jobleads-US will lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies that attract and engage new prospects while fostering deeper relationships with existing customers.
This role is integral to the Consumer Marketing function and requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to be part of impactful marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging digital content that educates, inspires, and supports the bank's growth objectives through lead generation, prospect and client engagement, and new business acquisition.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies to attract new prospects and support customer acquisition goals.
- Leverage data and customer insights to understand target audience preferences, behaviors, and pain points, creating content that drives engagement and action.
- Create targeted content programs to educate and engage existing customers and generate leads.
- Align content initiatives with key business objectives, focusing on enhancing the client experience and driving measurable improvements in engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure all content aligns with the bank's brand voice, messaging, and strategic objectives.
- Understand market research and client NPS findings to inform content strategy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Brand, and Compliance teams to align content initiatives with key business objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing Program Managers to provide best practices for content as part of larger, multi-channel campaigns for consumer and small business segments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- ~8 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on digital channels and customer engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with multimedia content creation, including video, graphics, and interactive formats.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and creating content that resonates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
