Duties
- Manage the application process, including screening host families and conducting two home visits.
- Coordinate with host families, schools, and community organizations to ensure successful placements.
- Provide support and guidance to students throughout their exchange experience, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.
- Organize orientation sessions and cultural activities to educate students about their host country.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with volunteers to enhance program offerings and support services.
Experience

- Background in recruiting or volunteer management is highly desirable.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain deadlines.
