Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the dietary department.
Work closely with the Director of Food and Nutrition Services.
Interpret the departmental policies and procedures to employees, residents, visitors and government agencies.
Ability to follow instruction, cook per instructions and adhere to food preference
Review departments policies and procedures manuals, job descriptions, etc. , at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Director of Food and Nutrition Services.
Help with meal will be prepared and served in a timely manner.
Help to keep and maintain working area safe and sanitized.
Help put away food and kitchen supplies in assigned areas.
Ensure diets are being followed.
Assist with the serving of meals during tray lines.
Prepare drink items as directed by supervisor.
Assist with maintaining kitchen clean and throwing out trash as instructed.
Prepare snacks and deliver to nurses stations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.08 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
