ABOUT THE POSITION :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Litigation, Forensic and Valuation Services team. This role will oversee litigation consulting, investigations, and regulatory compliance monitoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage teams for various engagements including fraud / internal investigations, commercial litigation disputes (e.g., shareholder, partnership, and transactional disputes), fraudulent financial reporting, professional liability, forensic analysis, and economic damages in a wide variety of industries.
- Develop work plan and strategy, supervise staff, review work product, and perform financial analysis.
- Coordinate and manage document requests and control of production.
- Prepare detailed analyses and present results to directors, partners, counsel, and clients.
- Draft expert reports and prepare exhibits.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff.
- Manage engagement budgets, staffing, deadlines and prioritize assignments.
- Interact with and maintain strong client and attorney relationships.
- Participate in developing new business through networking, writing articles and presentations, and attending conferences.
- Ability to travel to client site and Anchin offices as needed (estimated to be approximately 25% over the course of a year).
